"Why Wes? My husband and I had sold a house in the past 'for sale by owner' and were getting ready to do it again. But, we decided with triplet 4 year olds and a contract on another house, we'd ask Wes to help. Wes was already actively represented us in putting a contract on the new house. We engaged him on the 'sell side' at the last minute and thought he'd just put up a sign.
