We had a successful weekend at the River City Tennis Open hosted by the University of Richmond at Collegiate's Williams-Bollettieri Tennis Center.  19 colleges were represented, playing Friday through Sunday.  The weather was perfect and the students played some incredible matches.  We are so grateful for the turnout this year and the generous sponsors.  We reached our monetary goal and will be donating the proceeds from this tournament to a number of local charities.  A BIG thank you to our sponsors: Joyner Fine Properties, Lowe Brockenbrough & Company, Dominion Energy, Bon Secours, World Class Courts, Reynolds Development, Richmond Tennis Association, Virginia Realtors, Collegiate School, Boys and Girls Club of Metro Richmond, and Uptown Color.  We're already excited about RCTO 2023!

To My Valued Clients and Friends,

In light of recent developments surrounding the spread of COVID-19, it has become clear that the world is facing an unprecedented event. I understand you will continue to have housing needs, but the health and well being of my clients, friends, occupants, families, and community will remain my top priority.

I pray for the many friends I have with businesses that rely on patrons visiting their establishment. If you can order a To-Go meal, do so! Here are some great places to get your TO-GO meal:

Some Highlights:

  • Every year United Van Lines conducts their National Movers Study by tracking their customer's movement state-to-state over the course of the year.
  • Vermont claimed the top spot of states with the highest percentage of inbound residents following a campaign that covered relocation costs for skilled workers who moved to the state.
  • The most common response for why someone relocated to another state was for a new job or company transfer.

Although Richmond, VA is not listed, it has become a hotbed for folks moving in to be closer to family, move to less extreme weather, and a great opportunity to work.  Email today for a FREE home evaluation.  Wes.Atiyeh@joynerfineproperties.com
