However, there's no trail running element, and this is a more traditional 5K run on flat, paved trails.   If you're training for a 5K a bit further in the future, consider circling the Speak Up 5K on your calendar. This event was started by the CKG Foundation to raise awareness of teen mental illness in a positive, empowering way.
