Buyers are Coming!

The market for 2024 is going to be interesting. Last year First Time Home Buyers made up 55% of VA Credit Union Home Loans.

These are some of the top reasons why people want to move in 2024.

Rates are currently at 6.5% and the closer they get to 6% the more Sellers will

consider selling. They love their rate but not their home.
